Founder & Owner/Operator

Lynette Parker-Koger

I started drinking at 13 after being abused by a family member, leading to more trauma. Several years later, I fled to California, faced more assaults, substance abuse, sex trafficked, and incarcerations. Seeking help, I entered treatment and was diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

Encouraged to pursue certification, I became a Substance Abuse Counselor. With 23 years of recovery, I’ve spent 22 years helping others, working as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Anger Management Specialist, Domestic Violence Specialist, and Peer Support Specialist. Now, I am a High Needs SMI Case Manager and Trauma Informed Care Specialist.
